DESCRIPTION

I was brought on to consult and eventually manage a product development project for a healthcare startup. Starting with a successful grant application to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, our project received $100k for development and then an additional 1.1 million to produce a product capable of receiving FDA approval.

Our goal was to develop a clean, minimalist brand to match the sleekness of an innovative product mean’t to disappear.

With every complete product iteration, we gathered consumer feedback with qualitative and quantitative studies. Then we got back to work and improved.

Discreet.

Perhaps most importantly, we addressed consumer feedback looking for safe and discreet packaging. Each condom card fit in a standard sized wallet and contained three condoms.

Then we made it real. The above commercial was conceptual (proof-of-concept), intended to introduce how our unique brand aesthetic and voice could work together while showcasing the product.
