A La Calle is a firsthand account of the extraordinary efforts of everyday Venezuelans as they struggle to reclaim their democracy from the dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro, whose corrupt & brutal policies have plunged the country into ruin. It was featured in film festivals world wide, taking the Beyond the Screen award at Docaviv in Israel. It was also covered in world wide news outlets like The Washington Post, NYTimes, CNN, NPR, The Daily Beast, and Univision.
This was my first feature-documentary as a director and producer p.g.a.
